Policies

A full copy of our Members Handbook is available online by clicking here. A copy of this document is provided to all Agency Members before any Assignments can be undertaken.

Appearance        

Agency members are expected to be appropriately attired and turned out for all Assignment Duties. This includes correct Agency Uniform (unless a special request has been made to the Agency by a particular Client or Patient), correct footwear, clearly displayed Identification Badge, etc.

Cancellations     

Once an Assignment has been accepted agency members are expected to use every endeavour to ensure that the obligation is met and the member will be asked to sign to this effect before any Assignments are offered. Frequent cancellations will not be tolerated but in the event that members need to cancel an assignment please give maximum notice to the Office by calling 01258 841191.

Timesheets         

Timesheets must be submitted to the Branch Office by 4.00pm on a Tuesday to ensure payment by Friday of the same week. The Agency request that timesheets are submitted promptly and not withheld unnecessarily. All timesheets must be clearly completed showing breaks where appropriate and signed off by the person in charge at the end of all assignment duties. This requirement is the individual responsibility of every Agency Member and, please note that, incorrectly completed timesheets or unsigned timesheets may result in delayed payment. 

Policies               

A full copy of Wimborne Nursing Agency's Policies is available to view in the Lodge Road office during working hours. On acceptance of your Agency Membership you will be required to acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies and updates, additions and amendments will be sent to you from time to time. However, please ensure that you make a point of reading the policies on a regular basis so that they are always familiar to you.
