"I have been working for Wimborne Nursing Agency since the beginning of December 2008, I am very happy with them and I have all the work that I ask for. They are a delightful team of people, always ready to please and nothing is too much bother. I would recommend them to anyone." Julia Brown, Healthcare Assistant

"Having worked for the Agency for the last seven years, I can say that all the main hospitals in Dorset and Hampshire know the agency and the good reputation that we have. I'm proud to say that I work for an Agency with such a good track record." Simon Griffiths, RGN

Joining the Team

Our clients should rightly expect that any members of staff that are assigned to them are suitably qualified and are able to fulfil their duties in a suitable and professional manner.

To ensure this happens, we pride ourselves on having a rigorous recruitment and training process as outlined below:

  1. NursesAn initial telephone takes place to assess the suitability of the applicant.
  2. A comprehensive list of all the documentation that will be required at the interview stage will be sent out.
  3. If the applicant chooses to proceed with their application, an interview is then arranged at a suitable time. All potential members will have to complete an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure Application Form.
  4. The applicant will then attend an interview with our Director of Nursing or Branch Manager.
  5. During the interview we will notify the applicant of any additional training requirements, as well as any other occupational health screening that the client may need to have in order to join our team.
  6. We will then advise the applicant if they are successful and discuss when they would be able to work.

If you would like to join our growing team of nurses and carers, please contacting us by calling 01202 600734, to see the documents required for the Interview, please download our Joining Information.
